Werner Ahari Mangel LLP is pleased to welcome Andrew Gerow as a senior associate with the firm. Andrew represents insurers with coverage and litigation counsel arising under directors and officers, errors and omissions, fiduciary liability, transactional liability, and other professional liability insurance policies. He has experience advising clients in complex matters including securities class action and derivative lawsuits, as well as regulatory investigations and adversary proceedings resulting from bankruptcy filings.

His experience includes working with clients, insurers, insureds, brokers, and defense counsel to resolve disputes and advise on the resolution of claims. He has conducted coverage investigations, drafted coverage position letters, provided recommendations on reserves and resolution strategies to insurers, participated in mediation, and participated in all facets of coverage litigation. He was recently named to the 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Insurance Law.

Andrew is admitted to practice in Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School and his B.A from University of Notre Dame.
