Stacey Rufe represents insurers in complex disputes arising under directors and officers and other professional liability policies, including for investment advisors, lawyers, accountants, and insurance brokers. In addition, she represents insurers in matters involving employment practices policies, cyber and technology policies, and fiduciary liability policies. Stacey has provided counsel in connection with matters involving criminal and regulatory investigations and bankruptcy and insolvency issues arising in the insurance context, as well.
