Werner Ahari Mangel LLP is pleased to welcome Ciaran Way to the firm as counsel. Ciaran focuses her practice on complex insurance coverage matters. Representing insurers, she litigates coverage disputes and advises on coverage issues pre-litigation which include claims handling, claims investigation, and defense and indemnity obligations. She has litigated coverage disputes in federal and state courts across the United States and arbitrated before panels of industry experts under a variety of insurance policies and reinsurance contracts, including D&O, E&O, environmental, business interruption, cyber, and reinsurance treaties and facultative certificates.

Ciaran previously served as counsel with an AmLaw100 firm and has been named to Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch in Insurance Law. She is a graduate of University of Dayton School of Law and Wittenberg University.
