Lauren Horowitz represents domestic and global insurers with coverage and litigation counsel in complex claims involving commercial general liability, professional liability, directors and officers (D&O), and employer’s liability coverage. She provides strategic counsel throughout the claims process, from early investigation and coverage analysis to resolution and litigation oversight. Lauren advises on risk transfer, policy interpretation, and litigation management, and regularly drafts detailed coverage opinions and position letters.
